Adivasi Sampasabha Charitable Trust, Surat is a community-led non-profit inspired by Guru Govind Maharaj’s 1905 Sampsabha and formally established on 09 April 2018. We partner with Bhil and other tribal families to expand access to healthcare, education, and livelihoods—prioritizing dignity, inclusion, and self-reliance.

Mangarh Dham: A saga of valor and sacrifice

The Mangarh Dham massacre took place on November 17, 1913 when the British army attacked the tribal Bhil community, killing more than 1500 people, which is known as the Mangarh massacre. This massacre took place in the Mangarh Hills of Rajasthan. The Mangarh massacre took place on November 17, 1913, when the British army attacked the Mangarh hill to crush the Bhil movement led by Govind Guru. More than 1500 Bhils were killed in this attack, and it is known as the Mangarh massacre. This massacre was one of the biggest atrocities on the tribals during the Indian freedom struggle. Mangarh Dham is now an important pilgrimage site and is celebrated in memory of the tribal freedom fighters.

Inspired by the 1905 Sampsabha legacy and established on 09 April 2018, Adivasi Sampasabha Charitable Trust works with Bhil and other tribal families to co-design practical solutions. We focus on dignity, inclusion, and outcomes—so support reaches the people who need it, where they live.

Health Camps

Free outreach camps in remote hamlets—screenings, vaccinations, basic medicines, referrals, and health education delivered with care.

Education Support

Scholarships, school-kit drives, mentoring, and bridge-learning support to keep children in school and thriving.

Skills & Livelihoods

Hands-on training in tailoring, organic farming, and micro-enterprise with market linkages and women’s self-help groups.
